SCI Switzerland

SCI Switzerland is a non-profit organisation that promotes intercultural exchange, sustainable development, and non-violent conflict resolution. Since 1920, SCI Switzerland has been organising volunteer camps and long-term exchanges for volunteers worldwide. The organisation also invests in non-formal education promoting peace, solidarity, and social justice.
Every year, over 100 Swiss volunteers participate in SCI projects abroad, while around 200 international volunteers take part in projects and seminars in Switzerland. Swiss volunteer camps mainly focus on environmental protection and arts, as well as exchanging ideas with young people living in asylum-seeking centres. SCI Switzerland is certified with the Intermundo-SQS label, which guarantees high-quality youth exchange standards.
