Are you passionate about volunteering, peacebuilding, and working with diverse groups? Whether you are a workcamp coordinator and/or international facilitator, interested in facilitating the team-building process in international and multi-religious groups, this workshop is for YOU!
✨ What to expect:
- Meet 20 fellow workcamp coordinators and international educators
- Understand the dynamics of projects with multicultural and multireligious groups
- Become competent in managing diversity before and during your project
- Learn how to facilitate team-building and cooperation in diverse groups
- Gain practical tools for nonviolent conflict resolution
- Access resources on diversity & inclusion
🎓 Led by experts Natalie Jivkova (Bulgaria) and Gośka Tur (Poland), peace activists and experienced trainers.
