The IM-PROVE web app is an online tool that records your volunteer experience and translates it into competencies. It helps volunteers more easily recognize the skills developed during the project, plan personal growth, and establish learning goals.

The IM-PROVE web handbook is primarily intended for workcamp leaders. This tool provides them with advice, simple theories, and activity ideas to successfully lead a camp. The handbook covers the following topics: Learning at workcamps, Reflection and evaluation, Activities, Sustainability, Food and cooking, Issues at workcamps, and Gender equality.
